Event Promotion and PR

Our event promotion strategies are designed to create a buzz, funnel enquiries and drive ticket sales.

We employ a simple but effective promotions strategy:

  • Web: Dynamic website or landing page
  • Print: Flyers, brochures & posters
  • PR: Timely stories pitched to the media, comms and event listings
  • Social: A social strategy that combines blogposts, content creation and photography.

Whether your event is a large or small, The Submission Writer team can assist in building awareness, attendance and sales.

Note: Timing is important – don’t leave it to the last minute!

In order to be effective, our team would need advanced notice of your event requirements:

  1. Sponsorship: Work would start at least 12- 9 months ahead of the scheduled event date.
  2. PR: Work would start at least 6 weeks ahead of time for small events and at least 3 months for larger tourism events that seek to attract publicity via Tourism Victoria’s PR newsletter and Melbourne’s media.
